Kate Jones, RYT 500

Kate believes in yoga and has spent the last 17 years growing as a student and as a teacher. She feels yoga is not only a way to keep fit, but a lifestyle that helps us live at our full potential. Kate was trained in the mindset yoga can be for everybody and every body. Her classes are inspiring, uplifting, full of flow, and good energy. She teaches with a focus on tuning in to your own body, inviting students to listen to what they need. Students are encouraged to find and embrace their unique yoga journey. Kate works to create an environment where everyone can grow both physically and spiritually.

 Kate is a Registered Yoga Teacher and completed her 200-hour teacher training in Connecticut, then ventured to India, the home of yoga, to complete her 500-hour training. She has completed many workshops including the different styles of yoga, yoga philosophy, adjustments, and meditation. She teaches locally at studios, works with corporate clients all over New England, and led her first international yoga retreat in 2019.

When she’s not teaching yoga, you can find her spending time with her kids, outside, on the water, traveling, creating, exploring, playing with friends, cooking or working on her house.
