Power Vinyasa

In Vinyasa class, postures are linked by using breath to create a meditative and invigorating flow.  Taught in a temperature of the mid 90's, muscles soften and become more pliable and also the cariovascular effects of the flow are increases.  Classes are challenging and transformative.  There is a strong emphasis on conscious breathing to anchor students into the present moment.  Be prepared to sweat like you never have before!  75 minutes


Yoga Basics

(HEATED)

While all of our classes are geared toward all levels, this class is designed for the beginner. Going back to basics is important for even the most seasoned yogi. The poses will be broken down with plenty of instruction and modification. The room will be less hot, but still heated. You don’t have to be bendy, or skinny to practice yoga. Just show up as you are! Keep an open mind and come see what yoga is all about! 60 minutes


Rise and Shine Practice

(HOT)

Set your alarm and make a commitment to yourself to get up and flow. Please PRE-REGISTER online by 10pm. This is an All Levels Class at dawn. Such a beautiful way to start the day. Often the teacher will practice with you as this is also their practice. 60 minutes


Yoga Sculpt

(HOT)

A 60 minute power yoga classes that incorporates hand weights and some high intensity cardio burst for a maximum calorie burning effect. You will recognize the poses from our regular Power Yoga class. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course, there is always a challenging core workout mixed in. Expect to be challenged (in a good way)! Yoga Sculpt will help improve muscle endurance and helps tone and define all the muscles in the body. 60 minutes
