If you want to get deeper into the nuances of the vinyasa practice, this workshop is a must! Learning to move through space with purpose creates power and grace within the vinyasa practice. Aaron touches on these concepts in his classes but within the workshop he'll be going into greater detail. Breaking down the vinyasa practice in a safe strengthening way. Learn how to protect your wrists with correct hand engagement and start to find fluidity in the spine. In this workshop he’ll not only focus on correct alignment within the postures but also will look closely at the transitions between them.
The workshop will include flows and demonstration. Lightly heated from our normal but will be low 90's with very low humidity. Still bring a mat, towel and water.

This is a charity event to raise money for Cat Rescue. Proceeds from this event will go to both Cat Tales of Middletown and Forgotten Felines of Westbrook. The party starts at 6pm. View the studio from 6-7pm. The party is at Camps which is at 412 Main Street or enter from the back of the building near the entrance to the studio at 9 Melilli Plaza.
$25 tickets at the door include and open bar, food, band, raffles including one year of free unlimited yoga. The raffle will be announced at 9pm.
The theme is Bali so get creative and dress up. There will be a $50 cash prize for best costume.
