Rosanna Singer, RYT 200
Rosanna comes from a fitness and martial arts background. She holds a first degree black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate and also competed and won the Fitness America New York Pageant in 2001. Rosanna loves fitness and considers it her passion that she obtained her personal training certification through International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) in 2002. She has used her knowledge not only for her own personal growth but to help others along the way. Although she no longer competes in fitness, she found her passion in yoga. She loves to practice and teach Power Yoga. Her practice has helped her grow even stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga has really inspired her to live each moment more mindfully.
After practicing yoga for just a little over 5 years, Rosanna felt strongly that she wanted to explore a teacher training program that would deepen her connection to her new found passion. Rosanna is a graduate of the CrossRoads Teacher Training Program (2015) and is also a Registered Yoga Teacher through National Yoga Alliance. She believes that she will always be a student of the practice and is very deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her.
Rosanna creates an energetic, vigorous, sweaty practice for those looking to move and breathe. Her classes are fun and powerful as she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She thrives in challenges and will encourage growth of the physical self. She believes that by focusing on breath and being fully present in the body, any athletic activity can be enhanced and supported. She seeks to help others thrive in life by challenging and nurturing the body, mind and soul with yoga, and her hope is that you step off the mat feeling energized, refreshed and balanced.
