Clarice Mc-Dermott, RYT 200

Clarice comes from a martial arts background, training in Tang Soo Do for 10 years, in which she holds a 1st degree black belt. Clarice began her yoga journey in 2016 and as she started to feel the transformation yoga had in her life, she felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. Clarice received her Baptiste-inspired 200 hour certification with Kathleen Maroney in March 2018. Clarice has also been a Registered Nurse since 2009, so she knows the physical body inside and out. She uses her knowledge of the physical self to assist in anatomical precision, as well as to tap into her own mental awareness within her own practice. Clarice believes the mind, body, and soul connection is sacred and should be nurtured and cultivated. Clarice‘s classes are grounded in strength, yet softness, as well as anatomical detail and mindfulness. Clarice‘s main goal is to spread yoga and its teachings to those who are unaware of its physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.
