Anna Savage 

Anna is thrilled to be joining the Luna Vinyasa team. For Anna, yoga is a continuously healing, empowering and inspiring process. Yoga offers a path to self love, mind-body awareness, and trust in one's own inner strength. For Anna, yoga is a key part of her self care. She believes that internal and often intangible emotional and spiritual tensions manifest in the body and that yoga offers a path to holistic realignment. After completing her Yoga 200 hour teacher training at the Zen Den Yoga School in Boca Ratón, Florida, Anna lived overseas in Chile, traveling whilst deepening her own yoga practice and exploring acro yoga! Having just returned, she is finishing up her B.A. in Comparative Government and Latin American Studies. She believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, background, body type, or experience level. Her classes emphasize the mind-body connection and the cultivation of unconditional self love. Her pls playlists often incorporate jazz, neo-soul, and r&b music.
